Breed: DMH
Color: Black
Sex: Male
Age: 5 years
Reason for surrender:
Hayden's people left him behind when they moved.
Lives:
With his dark colouring, outdoor access is fine but should be secure and he should always be inside at night.
Comments:
Hayden likes his independence but maybe that's because he has trust issues due being abandoned. Sadly, he's not suitable to live in a home with children because he can get upset easily. He does enjoy pats and chin rubs but only in small doses. He needs a patient family who will help him to learn to trust again. We've seen glimpses of the real Hayden: the affectionate, loving cat he is and wants to be. He's ok with other cats but would be happy to be the only pet as well. He needs regular grooming which provides a good time for quiet bonding.
Breed: DSH
Color: White with tabby tortie
Sex: Female
Age: 18 months
Reason for surrender:
Condoleezza was found as a stray mum caring for her kittens
Lives:
Mainly indoors due to her pale features which make her susceptible to skin cancer
Comments:
Her name comes from the Italian musical expression 'Con dolcezza' which means 'with sweetness'. It suits this lovely girl with her tabby-tortie hat and tail perfectly. As a young mum living on the streets, she had to be wary of people so she isn't outgoing (but she was truly courageous). She needs a quiet and patient home that will demonstrate for her that people can be kind and loving. She has lots of love to give but just needs a special someone to help her develop her confidence. A loving forever home would be music to her ears.
Breed: DMH
Color: Ginger
Sex: Female
Age: 2.5 years
Reason for surrender:
Chi Chie's owner became too ill to continue looking after her.
Lives:
Needs to be an only cat. Can be indoor/outdoor but always curfewed overnight.
Comments:
She's a gorgeous girl with her stunning dark orange fur coat (regular brushing required) but she is, well, a bit of a prima donna. She wants to be the only cat and she doesn't like to compete with young children either. Yes, it's definitely all about Chi Chie. She enjoys a pat (on her terms, thank you) and certainly she welcomes compliments. If you have a pedestal that you can put Chi Chie on forever - she's ready and waiting for you.
