Ending on a high note

After a few setbacks during the past financial year, Cat Protection is pleased to report a number of accomplishments to end the 2014-15 financial year on a high note.

Adoption centre reopens
Repairs and renovations to our adoption centre were completed and the adult cats have returned to 103 Enmore Road. Once again, we are able to accept surrenders and continue to find loving homes for cats in need … because every cat deserves a loving and responsible home.

Storm damage to our shelter

The hailstorm that wreaked havoc across Sydney on ANZAC Day caused some flooding and damage to our adoption centre and other areas of our building.

All of the cats and kittens are perfectly safe, however, as a precaution we have evacuated the cats from the front section of the building to vet clinics and boarding facilities until the full extent of the damage can be assessed and all necessary repairs are made, which could take some time due to the high demand these services are experiencing.
